The ZP&W headquarters in downtown Coral Gables was conceived, designed, and outfitted to specifically accommodate a substantial domestic law firm with a significant international presence.

ZP&W is proud of its affiliations with prominent domestic and international law firms. True to its philosophy of "New Globalism," ZP&W has not sought to take market share from other law firms in their relevant markets. Rather, ZP&W implements a foreign office model that focuses on co-counseling with established law firms in order to effectively service the stream of commerce that runs between such markets.

In order to bring added efficiencies to the model, ZP&W and each co-counsel firm actually establish a Satellite Office within the other's premises. Each Satellite Office has independent signage, independent telecommunications, and the presence of an Attorney Coordinator.

ZP&W's Attorney Coordinators do not practice law on behalf of ZP&W. Each co-counsel firm's Attorney Coordinator does not practice law on behalf of the co-counsel firm. The Attorney Coordinators limit their services to administrative and operational tasks relevant to efficient implementation of the ZP&W model. Attorney Coordinators contracted by ZP&W may also be affiliated with our co-counsel firms, and to the extent they practice law on any given matter, the applicable engagement letter discloses that they are doing so only on behalf of the co-counsel firm. The same restriction applies to Attorney Coordinators contracted by the co-counsel firms.

ZP&W implements its model through formal co-counseling agreements that are structured and disclosed in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct Governing the Florida Bar.
