The South Florida Legal Guide 2010 Midyear Report contained a feature article on the South Florida Legal Guide Business of Law Roundtable that took place on May 5, 2010. Joseph Zumpano was one of six managing partners invited to participate in the Roundtable, which took place at the Miami Viceroy Hotels's Club 50 before an audience of accounting and financial professionals. The article set forth the discussion of the managing partners on a number of issues being faced by law firms and managing partners in today's challenging economic environment.

ZP&W open Chicago office Miami Herald

The Miami Herald featured an article on the opening of ZP&W's office in Chicago. The Chicago office, located at Old Orchard Towers, will open with three attorneys, including a strong managing partner, Arthur Bresnahan. The Chicago office will be capable of handling a wide array of matters from transactional and traditional corporate work to litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Joseph Zumpano stated that "we are thrilled to open in Chicago with this remarkable talent as an entry point in our nation's midwest." Mr. Zumpano's association with Bresnahan spans 20 years, and is rooted in their law school days when the two were roommates while attending Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Bresnahan stated that "it has been exciting to see Joe's firm take pioneering strides in the business of law, and produce such outstanding results for clients. Chicago is ready for this vision and I am thrilled to be part of the firm and its growth." The Chicago office will also include Arthur S. Bresnahan, father of the managing partner, as senior counsel, and Patrick Huver, as an associate.
